Kookoo Foods ("we", "us") is a Persian home-style catering business based in Strathfield South, NSW (ABN 95 899 063 084). This page explains what information we collect through this website and what we do with it.
We only collect information you choose to give us through the enquiry form on this site:
We don't collect payment details on this website — any payment for catering is arranged separately, directly with us.
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry — to work out a spread and a price, get in touch with you, and send you an automatic confirmation email so you know we've received your request. We don't use it for marketing lists, and we don't sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes.
Enquiry emails are sent using Resend, an email delivery service, purely to get the email from our website to our inbox and to send you a confirmation. Resend doesn't use your information for anything beyond delivering that email.
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't run analytics. The only thing stored on your device is your "Your table" dish selection (if you tap "Add to my table" while browsing the menu) — this is saved locally in your own browser only, so it's there if you come back to finish your enquiry, and it's never sent anywhere unless you submit the form. You can clear it anytime by clearing your browser's site data.
Enquiry details are kept in our email inbox for as long as reasonably needed to respond to and fulfil your enquiry.
